Seattle, WA, 17 March 2008. Concord today announces the immediate availability of two new Enhancements to its award winning internet fax services. Designed to make it easier and faster for large Enterprise Customers and Resellers of custom branded services to deploy new users, the web based Concord Account Administration Center now supports the bulk upload of users. This enables administrators to upload and provision for service entire departments or even companies with a few mouse clicks. The other enhancements are to Concord’s Provisioning Web Services API, allowing integrators to query the Concord system for available Fax Numbers and then assign them to a new programmatically created account.

“We are proud to have one of the most responsive customer service teams in the industry”, said Christopher Moore, CEO and President of Concord Technologies. “However our larger Fortune 500 clients often prefer to self manage all their users and we are excited to provide them with all the tools needed to efficiently do so.”

“An emerging enterprise trend is to combine Software with Services.”, said Jon Arnold of J Arnold & Associates, a leading VoIP industry analyst in Toronto. “Concord’s provisioning web services are a good example of how businesses can integrate communications infrastructure that is available through the internet into their own IT environment and applications.”

The new Account Administration features are available to all customers of Concord’s Business Fax Suite by logging into their account at More information about Concord’s provisioning web services and other development tools is available from Concord directly at 305 947 2224 or through any Concord Channel Partner.
