Concord Technologies releases update to FaxAssist

SEATTLE, WA – April 4, 2019—Concord Technologies has released a new update to its popular FaxAssist tool. FaxAssist is a simple-to-use tool that integrates with internal applications and systems to initiate internal workflows, document extraction, and OCR processes or embed documents into custom applications.

The most recent FaxAssist update includes a new, redesigned interface, which makes the configuration process much simpler for admins. Additionally, FaxAssist now includes updated functionalities for tracking documents, processing errors and troubleshooting more effectively.
