Concord Leadership
CHRIS MOORE
Founder & CEO
Chris Moore believes the past informs the future. That approach has led him to innovate across multiple, diverse business ventures, from enhanced data delivery in healthcare to the reimagining of historic workspaces, venues, and businesses.
This route to business creation and growth means solving problems not by going for the immediate fix, but rather by studying what’s beyond the horizon and crafting solutions designed for long-term success. Concord Technologies is a prime example: In 1996, Chris founded Concord Technologies. Today, Concord processes over a billion pages of healthcare information annually. As the company grew, Chris saw that Concord’s healthcare customers were needlessly siloed when transmitting and utilizing patient data. Concord’s solutions created standards that were embraced by the industry, and over time have evolved into a multifaceted platform of services that use Artificial Intelligence (AI) to extract healthcare data so it can be and place it into workflows and electronic records.
Chris’ drive to solve more problems for the healthcare industry led him to expand Concord’s leadership team to bring in extensive healthcare, technology, data science, and financial experience and added a relationship with Excellere Partners. These investments result in partnerships with leading university centers, payers, and other healthcare leaders who are eager to unlock innovative solutions that harness the power of their data to allow for better, more timely decisions around operations and patient care.
Chris’ ability to look ahead while also incorporating the past was highlighted when he received an Ernst & Young 2019 Entrepreneur of the Year Award for the Pacific Northwest Region. The award honors entrepreneurs who excel in areas such as innovation, financial performance, and personal commitment to their businesses and communities while also transforming our world.
Driven to move past “what’s next” and create a continuum for evolution led Chris to found Old Stove Brewery in Pike Place Market in 2016. Moore tapped into Pike Place’s lively and unique culture and history to create a gathering spot for the community that showcases the market’s remarkable history, draws in locals and visitors alike, and serves as an ongoing economic engine for this reinvigorated downtown hub.
Chris is bringing lessons from all his ventures to The Mill at Vicksburg, a massive, multi-use project in his Michigan hometown. Upon completion, the project will transform a historic paper mill into a mixed-use campus that will feature an Old Stove Brewery and Taproom, meeting and convention space, indoor and outdoor concert venues, recreation space, and a boutique hotel. The Mill project is deeply personal to Moore, whose family traces its Vicksburg roots back to the 1830s. The project began with the goal of continuing The Mill’s legacy as an economic and cultural engine that drives a thriving Vicksburg. The Mill’s ongoing mission is to have a people- and planet-first approach and to be sustainable for hundreds of years and generations to come. The Mill perfectly captures Moore’s ability to create multilayered businesses that don’t sacrifice their space’s history to enable their future.
Chris’ success in the ventures he has spearheaded, not to mention others where he has lent his expertise as a consultant, only drives him onward. Everything that has happened up to now is just the beginning.

ANDRE SUBLETT
Vice President of Data and Analytics
Data has limited value if locked into siloed systems, spreadsheets, or documents. It must be living, evolving and actionable across a healthcare enterprise’s entire operations in order to achieve superior patient care, enhance employee satisfaction, productivity and drive growth. That’s why Andre Sublett and the Concord Technologies team bring data alive for academic medical centers and other large healthcare providers and payers every day.
Sublett understands that data isn’t an outcome; it’s a starting point. So, he ensures that Concord’s innovative, strategic approach safely and securely unlocks key insights that allow Concord’s customers to optimize critical business flows and improve the care they provide for their patients. Then, through advanced analytics and Artificial intelligence (AI), that raw information then continues to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
Before joining Concord, Andre held several leadership positions in GE Healthcare’s digital organization, including Chief Engineer of Technology and Architecture, and Vice President of Software Engineering. Andre led a global team of more than 400 people with a focus on cloud-based solutions, software platforms, analytics, data privacy and development partners. In this role, he directly drove the launch of several new products and partnered with other business leaders to support the migration of legacy software solutions to the cloud and microservice-based architectures.
Prior to his decade with GE Healthcare, Sublett held several prominent positions with Sage’s Construction and Real Estate division, including Chief Software Architect and Director of Development. At Sage, Andre’s team launched several new products and revitalized existing market-leading suites, including Sage Estimating and Sage 300 CRE. Andre’s team focused simplifying the complexities of construction accounting, project estimation and management using advanced modern data architecture and analytics. Sage’s new solutions shortened workflows from weeks to hours and optimized project delivery saving clients millions of dollars.
Sublett holds a ‘bachelor’s degree in computer science from Central Washington University (cum laude) and is a frequent industry presenter with recent presentations at the Milwaukee Cloud Conference and at quarterly CTO Forum conferences. He is currently on the advisory board for the CTO Forum and construction industry start-up Calcutek. He has previously served as an advisor for several Seattle area start-ups.
