KLAS Designates Concord as a Digital Cloud Fax Company with Highest Maturity Level

We have some very exciting news to share! Concord Technologies has been named as a fax vendor with the most advanced, next-generation functionality by KLAS Research, a leader in providing impartial healthcare IT research.

Of the vendors in this study, Concord’s solution has advanced the most and achieved the highest fax maturity level, as reported by one advanced customer. This customer worked with Concord to leverage the technology in a way that drives efficiency—the customer can identify use cases and data fields where OCR technology can help match patient records and place discrete clinical data into a file that end users can later review as part of their workflow.

The KLAS report’s data is gathered by interviewing actual customers. This method provides insight from the most engaged and advanced users, who have a deep understanding into features and services that are helpful in their day-to-day jobs. We feel proud that our commitment to delivering a reliable and impactful solution has been recognized by our customers as the best available.

At Concord, we’ve been steadfast in our commitment to taking fax to the next level, with the belief that fax is only the first step to doing more with the data that is transferred on the page. With this vision in mind, we’ve worked tirelessly to deliver advanced functionality, such as optical character recognition, natural language processing, automated workflows, outbound EHR integration, automated data routing, discrete patient and document identification, and more.
